Honesty he's the best new character in the show, while I didn't care much about him at first he grew on me in part to his character development.

As a person, no. But in the show, yes

I liked him in season 19, but after that it felt like they couldn't figure out how to use him... until they just created another family for him with similar tropes. I found PC Delta way funnier than the PC family shtick.

In s19 he seems pretty threatening but since then he's pretty helpless.

Used to like him, now I don't.
