Seeing as this hour-long episode is titled “Vaccination Special”, I suspect that Randy will somehow influence the new vaccine and get everyone in town high, leading them to hallucinate and delve into a bunch of conspiracy theories related to QAnon. Cartman will likely be one of the anti-vaxxers who will be siding with the new militant group that was mentioned to prevent his teacher from getting vaccinated, all in the name of not having to leave his little quarantine social distancing bubble. Regardless of what happens, this will be an interesting episode for sure.
