I would say when they started making fun of Jesus Christ. Considering that Christianity is such a large influence on a lot of people worldwide, I thought it would be a bit controversial to use God as the pun of a joke. This is coming from someone who identifies as agnostic herself. I still respect everyone’s views on religion and don’t mean to bring up any controversial topics on here. I thought the Pandemic Special would trigger viewers in a negative way as well, considering all the casualties that haven taken place since COVID first spread, so I was curious as to how that would play out. There were probably many more South Park moments that truly shocked me, but I can’t think of them off the top of my head.
