That one time where Wendy was responsible for the Ms. Ellen killed was pretty awful, it could be debatable that she was out of character at that time. Besides, at least she is redeemable especially compared to characters on the show such as Garrison, Yates, PC Principal, Butter's Parents, and Cartman.
