<p>I have a philosophy that if you "retire" and do not return to the wiki to assist during our busy periods (like game releases and new seasons) you should not have Bureaucrat rights. I'm not saying these users are bad for not returning but I just think it's the right thing to do to be fair to everybody. Myself and the other admins put a lot of thought into this before the thread was made.

<p>If any of those users who would lose B-Crat rights return and show an interest in helping out, of course, we'd be more than happy to return their rights to them that they worked hard for.
