Francis is a female fourth grader with disabilities who first appeared in "Up the Down Steroid".

Background

Francis was a one-off character until "Crippled Summer", where she began making occasional appearances on the show, playing minor roles in later episodes.

In "Up the Down Steroid", she wishes Jimmy Valmer good luck for the Special Olympics, which she also participates in.

She is one of the Red Team member campers at Lake Tardicaca in "Crippled Summer", first seen greeting Jimmy and Timmy upon their arrival at Camp and later participating in the games given to both teams. She praises Jimmy during his water surfing, saying that she wanted her team leader to be as good as he was.

Francis assumes the role of Jimmy's stage assistant at the 1st Annual Comedy Awards in "Funnybot", bringing the announced trophies to the winners.

In "Moss Piglets", she attends the special science fair with the other handicapped kids and warns Nathan about the evolution of Jimmy and Timmy's water bears.

Personality

She seems to be kind, as she gave Jimmy good luck for the special Olympics and greeted him and Timmy in "Lake Tardicaca".

Despite being female, her name uses the masculine spelling.

Appearance

Francis has red bowl cut hair and wears a pink turtleneck sweater and baggy green pants. She has slightly squinted eyes and is usually seen with her mouth open. Her formal attire consists of a green sequined dress and green sandals.
